Teams play on a shortened field, with games typically lasting about 20 minutes per half. First downs are earned by advancing the ball to designated markers, and every drive is a chance for players to show off their skills. Touchdowns, extra points, and plenty of action—7v7 keeps everyone involved on every play.

GBGB 7v7 has 2 teams per division, Goku team and Vegeta. Advanced players compete in higher levels on team Goku. Players who are newer to the sport or have less experience develop their skills on Team Vegeta.

Teams practice twice a week with tournaments on weekends. Practices rotate between film review, mental performance, conditioning, and walk throughs.
