LG Electronics is urging NCAA student-athletes to submit nominations before the September 30 deadline for the second annual LG Life’s Good Coaches Award. This prestigious honor recognizes NCAA coaches who are outstanding advocates for mental wellness, foster supportive team environments, and make a profound positive impact on the lives of their student-athletes both on and off the field.
The award celebrates coaches who embody LG’s “Life’s Good” philosophy by prioritizing the holistic development of athletes and creating safe, nurturing spaces to address mental health challenges—an area of growing importance within collegiate sports. Two recipients will be selected, one from a men’s NCAA program and one from a women’s NCAA program. Each winning coach will receive a monetary gift to support mental health initiatives at their institution along with a suite of LG products.
NCAA student-athletes are encouraged to nominate coaches who have genuinely influenced their mental well-being, resilience, and overall experience during their athletic careers. The program highlights the critical mentorship role coaches play in fostering both competitive excellence and mental health advocacy.
Nominations close Monday, September 30, 2025. Interested athletes can learn more and submit their nominations at www.lg.com/us/ncaa.
